Donna Hildebrandt has 30 years of experience in teaching and wellness. She believes that the mat is your safe space to fully embrace your authentic self and that reflects in her approach to teaching. In an enlightening yoga session open to all abilities and fitness levels, connect with your body through movement and breathing exercises, focusing on listening to the body and giving it what it needs. The session will end with a tranquil Savasana and give the attendees a chance to better understand their bodies.
